As. Prof. Dr. Vitalii Ishchenko works at Vinnytsia National Technical University (Ukraine) as a head of the Department of Ecology, Chemistry, and Environmental Protection Technologies. He has a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering and a PhD in Devices and Methods of Control and Definition of Substances. Dr. Ishchenko’s research activity is focused on waste management and environmental pollution, environmental impact and processing of hazardous waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment.
Shamini Howshigan is a PhD candidate in Psychology at the University of Hull, United Kingdom. Her ongoing research explores understanding and improving people’s waste recycling behaviour. She obtained an Associate Fellow in Advance Higher Education against the UK Professional Standards. She was awarded the overall best performance at the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree Programme with first-class honours.
She is a research assistant at Istanbul Technical University. She graduated from environmental engineering, and currently she is a master student at Istanbul Technical University. She enjoys researching, and interested in recovering and recycling technologies.
Kritsakon Pongraktham is a Ph.D. student in Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering at Prince of Songkla University, Thailand. His research mainly focuses on designing reactors to intensify biodiesel production. He takes a keen interest in the renewable energy, 3D printing, and catalysis fields. His ultimate goal is to innovate biodiesel production methods from waste by-products for greater environmental sustainability.
Obed Opoku is a qualified animal nutritionist with an interest in Swine and Poultry. Obed’s passion for teaching and research has earned him several publications in both local and international journals. His research focus is on the utilization of insects as an alternative protein in animal feeds. He is a consultant for several reputable feed companies and farms.
